Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Conditions
   
   Products must be in unused, undamaged condition and eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. Customized items are non-returnable.

2. Application Process
   
   Please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Processing
   
   Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 business days, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Cancellation Policy

      Customers can cancel their orders free of charge within 1 hour of order confirmation. Cancellation requests made after this period will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
